House D7 builds technology for the way people really live and work: slow internet, tight budgets, more than one language. Our products are built to ask before they guess, keep a clear record of important actions, and leave you in charge.

Our mission

People should not need ideal conditions to benefit from well-engineered technology.

House D7 exists to help people, businesses and communities manage their lives and work, even when internet access is unreliable, budgets are limited or people speak different languages.

Much software is designed for

  • Fast internet.
  • Big budgets.
  • One language.
  • An expert always on call.

Many people live and work with

  • A small shop.
  • A phone with a weak signal.
  • Bills paid in cash.
  • Two or three languages in a single day.

We build for those realities from the beginning. Our aim is to:

  • Make important tasks easier.
  • Protect privacy.
  • Make actions understandable.
  • Keep people in charge of their decisions.

When something goes wrong, there should be a clear fallback or a safe stopping point.

Unequal conditions. Equal engineering.

How we build

Before we build anything, we ask questions.

Would I pay for this product? How much?Would it help my life and my operation, and neutralize the skills that I lack?

Then we ask about the people around us.

Would we use it?Would we pay for it?Will the people we know use it?

Then we ask about everyone else.

Can anyone be left out?Can the world benefit from it?

Our products are built so you don't have to think about the hard parts.

The product handles them. The interface is designed to be simple enough that you can start without training or a manual.

When you can't afford a mistake, trust is everything.

One wrong guess with your money, your records or a big decision can cost you a lot.

That is why every product is built on one rule, from the ground up: PACE.

It costs more to build this way. It costs far more not to.

Our rule: PACE

For every important job, we plan four ways it can get done. If one fails, the next takes over. If all of them fail, the product stops safely and says so.

  1. P

    Primary

The main way the job gets done.

  2. A

    Alternate

A second way, ready if the first one fails.

  3. C

    Contingency

A third way, for when both of those are gone.

  4. E

    Emergency

The last resort, so even a failure ends safely.

Example: if one of D7 Mind's AI models fails its checks, another one tries. If every one fails, it says "I do not know with high confidence" instead of guessing.

Three habits in every product

  1. Ask, don't guess.

When our software isn't sure, it asks you. It does not act on a guess with your money.

Radanu asks you when it can't tell what a payment was for. D7 Mind says so when it doesn't know. DKOB shows who is getting paid, how much, and the fees before you confirm.

  2. Keep a clear record.

Important actions leave a record you can check.

Radanu keeps receipts connected to the books. Innerbizo keeps your original decision next to what you actually did. DKOB gives you a receipt for every payment. In D7 Mind's safety check, the record shows that a check happened, not what was said.

  3. You stay in charge.

Your money, your records and your decisions stay yours.

Radanu's assistant can advise but can't change your books, and payroll waits for your approval. Innerbizo asks questions, and you decide. DKOB keeps business money and personal money separate.

These habits are not left to anyone's memory. They are built in. Every new feature has to follow written rules, pass automatic tests before it goes live, and leave a record of what changed and why. Anyone who joins the team starts with those rules already in place.

Many people are still waiting for software built for the way they live. We are building it, one trusted product at a time.

Radanu

Everything you need to run your business, in one place.

Bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, invoices, stock and your records, all together. Built for gig workers, small businesses and growing companies. Regular money and digital money live in the same books.

Why I built itI'm a small business owner, and I serve many immigrant families and businesses. I saw that most financial products are too complicated, too expensive and spread across too many tools, and each one needs its own training. I built Radanu to make my own work easier to manage. Now I'm sharing it with people in the same position.

Why Radanu is different

Your customers, your team and your accountant may speak different languages. That should not get in the way of doing business together.

Radanu is built around that principle:

People should be able to work in their own language.

Their language. Your business.

Ask, don't guess.

When our software isn't sure, it asks you. It does not act on a guess with your money.

Radanu asks you when it can't tell what a payment was for.

  • Office Depot−$84.20Supplies. Receipt matched.
  • Delta Air Lines−$412.00Travel. Receipt matched.
  • ACME LLC 4417−$1,250.00It can't tell what this payment was for. What was it?

Keep a clear record.

Important actions leave a record you can check.

Radanu keeps receipts connected to the books.

Every answer you give is added to the record below, locked to the entry before it. Try to change an old entry and see what happens.

3 of 3

You stay in charge.

Your money, your records and your decisions stay yours.

Radanu's assistant can advise but can't change your books, and payroll waits for your approval.

Heads-up: one customer made up 73% of this month's income.

Your books have not changed.

The record. Change any old entry, and every entry after it shows a warning.

    D7 Mind

An assistant that shows where its answers come from, and says "I don't know" when it doesn't.

It works without internet and belongs to one person. At the Lakeland Business Expo on September 24, 2025, more than fifty people used it for over four hours, with no crashes.

Why I built itAs AI moves forward, people with less are falling further behind, and privacy is wearing away. AI can sound sure and still be wrong, and you often find out too late. I built D7 Mind to close that gap: an assistant for everyone, that you own and that is private by design. Building it right costs real money. Getting it wrong costs more.

    D7 Mind at a glance

    Who it serves
People who want an AI assistant they own, that works without internet and keeps their information private.
    What works today
A live public demo ran at the Lakeland Business Expo on September 24, 2025: more than 50 people, over 4 hours, and zero crashes observed. You can watch the demo and read the technical paper.
    Where it works
It can run entirely on one person's own device, with no cloud account needed. In the demo it ran offline on ordinary computers with small and mid-size AI models, and larger models were tested over the internet.
    Current limits
Still to do: test larger models on a single device, add languages beyond English, and finish testing against people who try to trick it. It is not a claim of human-level intelligence, and it is not a therapy tool.

    Try it yourself

Type a calculation, like 12 × 48, and watch which step answers. Calculations are real. For other questions, this page only shows which step would handle it. It does not write an answer.

Pick a question or type a calculation, and watch where it is answered. Each step answers only if the one above couldn't.

    Nothing asked yet.

This shows how questions are routed, as described in the technical paper. Calculations are worked out live in your browser. No AI model runs on this page.

    3. nothing worrying
    4. 1

      Exact answers

Facts about itself, math and unit conversions are calculated by fixed rules, not guessed.

    5. no exact answer
    6. 2

      Trusted lookup

Searches a library stored on the device, by meaning and by exact words, and combines the results. It works offline.

    7. nothing trusted found
    8. 3

      Specialist packs

Add-on packs for areas like health, education, money and farming. Checked and signed before release.

    9. needs more thinking
    10. 4

      Choosing the helper

This is where AI models are first used. The question goes to the models that fit best. They can compare answers side by side, converge on one answer, and critique each other's work. Agreement is not proof, so every answer is also checked against the assistant's rules.

    11. pick a helper
    12. 5

      Last resort

If the answer from step 4 fails the checks, another model is tried. If none passes, it says: I do not know with high confidence.

Make a clear choice. Understand what it costs. Keep track of what you do next.

A tool that helps you make the big decisions in your life and your business, and stick to them. It is live now, and new features are added in stages.

Why I built itBefore I started in business, I jumped in blind. I never counted the cost, how long my money would last, or whether anyone needed what I offered. I had no plan for failure or success, and no idea what either one meant. My personal life kept going in circles too. Then I discovered a way to set goals, follow through and meet myself, and it helped me. I built Innerbizo so it can help you do the same.

When you're 70 or older, looking back, what would you be glad you started, protected or changed today? A way to consider today's choices, not a prediction.

Try it: your health, one clear decision

    My decision

I will take my health seriously and start with the specific steps I have chosen.

Original decision. It stays as written.
    What I want
I want to feel better, have more energy and take better care of my health.
What I will no longer accept
Putting off basic care and telling myself I will deal with it later.
    What it costs
Making time for care and exercise, changing my routine, and giving up habits that feel easier today.
    If nothing changes
Another year could pass while I keep putting it off, miss things I want to do and let a known problem continue.
    At 70 or older

Picture yourself at 70 or older. Are you thanking yourself for the health decision you are making now, or paying for it?

Thinking of starting, buying or building a business? Understand what it will take before you commit your time, money and energy.

      1. Who would buy it? Who needs what you offer, and what would they pay?
      2. What will it cost? What do you need to start, and how long can you manage before it pays you?
      3. What could happen? Plan for it going well, and for it not working.
      4. What should you do next? Test the idea, move forward, change it or wait.

You do not have to rush. Finding out you are not ready yet can help you prepare.

      In business

See the business behind the busy days.

Work through 100 questions, a little at a time. Use your records to see what you know, what is missing and what needs a decision.

Plan for both outcomes. When things go well, know what success looks like and how to handle more customers without losing what matters. When things go wrong, know your main plan, your backup and what you will do in an emergency.

Start with your own documents. Upload statements, invoices and contracts. You do not need to connect your bank or other software to start.

      DKOB

Your money, health records, school and business, all in one app. Built for Haiti.

It is built so you can send money to family, pay shops, and use local agents for cash in and out. Clinics, schools and businesses can connect too, so your records travel with you, and businesses can run their books and staff. DKOB is running a controlled pilot in Cap-Haïtien.

Why I built itI'm from Haiti. I saw a small-business economy struggling to grow, with few wallet choices and little say for the people using them. Many communes have no major bank, and local credit unions stay local. DKOB is built by the people it serves, to make the local national, and the national local.

      Why I build

I came into the world in Haiti, and did all my schooling there, from primary to high school. I migrated to the U.S. at 19 years of age. When I got to the U.S. in 1999, it was the first time I physically saw a personal computer, at my family's home in Florida. Right there, I decided I would learn everything about this box.

So when I build, I build for all of us, because I meet and know us. Because I am us.

      I've done this work myself.

I have done tax work and bookkeeping for the same small-business owners Radanu is built for. I designed Radanu's foundation myself, and I direct how it is built, under a constitution, domain contracts and tests that I govern.

I have given my time, my health and my resources to these companies, because each one does something I find crucial that the others do not.

      • Radanu is in private beta. I run a small business and serve many immigrant families and businesses, so I built the system I needed. It is global from the ground up, so everyone can work in their own language. Language should not be a barrier to skill and talent.
      • D7 Mind ran live at the Lakeland Business Expo on September 24, 2025: more than fifty people, over four hours, no crashes observed. AI can sound sure and still be wrong. I built mine for people with less, so it works without internet, belongs to one person, and says "I don't know" when it doesn't.
      • Innerbizo is in use today. It came out of my own way of setting goals, following through and meeting myself, which helped me. I built it so it can help others make the decisions I did not know how to make before going into business.
      • DKOB is not live yet. It is running a controlled pilot in Cap-Haïtien. I am from Haiti, and I wanted the Diaspora to fund their own wallet and pay directly, without sending a transfer: a child's tuition to the school itself, a health bill or a share of it, a debt, or a meal for family or a friend. I built it locally, to link local and national banking where many communes have no major bank, and to keep books from the street vendor up to the enterprise.

I also bring family experience in shipping and transportation, through my family's company, Shaddai Shipping LLC, in Florida.
