Unequal conditions. Equal engineering.

House D7 builds technology for the way people really live and work: slow internet, tight budgets, more than one language. Our products are built to ask before they guess, keep a clear record of important actions, and leave you in charge.

This is the plain reading version of housed7.com. It has the same information, with no animation and no required scripts.

Our mission

People should not need ideal conditions to benefit from well-engineered technology.

House D7 exists to help people, businesses and communities manage their lives and work, even when internet access is unreliable, budgets are limited or people speak different languages.

Much software is designed for

Many people live and work with

We build for those realities from the beginning. Our aim is to:

When something goes wrong, there should be a clear fallback or a safe stopping point.

Unequal conditions. Equal engineering.

How we build

Before we build anything, we ask questions.

Then we ask about the people around us.

Then we ask about everyone else.

Our products are built so you don't have to think about the hard parts.

The product handles them. The interface is designed to be simple enough that you can start without training or a manual.

When you can't afford a mistake, trust is everything.

One wrong guess with your money, your records or a big decision can cost you a lot. So our software asks when it isn't sure, keeps a clear record of important actions, and leaves the final say to you.

That is why every product is built on one rule, from the ground up: PACE.

It costs more to build this way. It costs far more not to.

Our rule: PACE

For every important job, we plan four ways it can get done. If one fails, the next takes over. If all of them fail, the product stops safely and says so.

Example: if one of D7 Mind's AI models fails its checks, another one tries. If every one fails, it says "I do not know with high confidence" instead of guessing.

Many people are still waiting for software built for the way they live.

We are building it, one trusted product at a time.

Our companies

Radah IP Holdings LLC owns the intellectual property, copyrights and trademarks of each of these companies.

Radanu

Everything you need to run your business, in one place.

Bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, invoices, stock and your records, all together. Built for gig workers, small businesses and growing companies. Regular money and digital money live in the same books.

Why I built it I'm a small business owner, and I serve many immigrant families and businesses. I saw that most financial products are too complicated, too expensive and spread across too many tools, and each one needs its own training. I built Radanu to make my own work easier to manage. Now I'm sharing it with people in the same position.

Why Radanu is different

Your customers, your team and your accountant may speak different languages. That should not get in the way of doing business together.

Radanu is built around that principle:

People should be able to work in their own language.

Their language. Your business.

D7 Mind

An assistant that shows where its answers come from, and says "I don't know" when it doesn't.

It works without internet and belongs to one person. At the Lakeland Business Expo on September 24, 2025, more than fifty people used it for over four hours, with no crashes.

Why I built it As AI moves forward, people with less are falling further behind, and privacy is wearing away. AI can sound sure and still be wrong, and you often find out too late. I built D7 Mind to close that gap: an assistant for everyone, that you own and that is private by design. Building it right costs real money. Getting it wrong costs more.

D7 Mind at a glance

Who it serves
People who want an AI assistant they own, that works without internet and keeps their information private.
What works today
A live public demo ran at the Lakeland Business Expo on September 24, 2025: more than 50 people, over 4 hours, and zero crashes observed. You can watch the demo and read the technical paper.
Where it works
It can run entirely on one person's own device, with no cloud account needed. In the demo it ran offline on ordinary computers with small and mid-size AI models, and larger models were tested over the internet.
Current limits
Still to do: test larger models on a single device, add languages beyond English, and finish testing against people who try to trick it. It is not a claim of human-level intelligence, and it is not a therapy tool.

Innerbizo

Make a clear choice. Understand what it costs. Keep track of what you do next.

A tool that helps you make the big decisions in your life and your business, and stick to them. It is live now, and new features are added in stages.

Why I built it Before I started in business, I jumped in blind. I never counted the cost, how long my money would last, or whether anyone needed what I offered. I had no plan for failure or success, and no idea what either one meant. My personal life kept going in circles too. Then I discovered a way to set goals, follow through and meet myself, and it helped me. I built Innerbizo so it can help you do the same.

Your life. Your next step. Your business.

Personal stays personal. Business stays business. Separate accounts. Separate records. You stay in charge of your choices.

15 parts of your life.

Take each area step by step. Make a choice and keep track of what happens next.

When you're 70 or older, looking back, what would you be glad you started, protected or changed today? A way to consider today's choices, not a prediction.

Try it: your health, one clear decision

I will take my health seriously and start with the specific steps I have chosen.

What I want
I want to feel better, have more energy and take better care of my health.
What I will no longer accept
Putting off basic care and telling myself I will deal with it later.
What it costs
Making time for care and exercise, changing my routine, and giving up habits that feel easier today.
If nothing changes
Another year could pass while I keep putting it off, miss things I want to do and let a known problem continue.

Picture yourself at 70 or older. Are you thanking yourself for the health decision you are making now, or paying for it?

What happens next? Record what you actually do.

Have a business idea? Start here.

Thinking of starting, buying or building a business? Understand what it will take before you commit your time, money and energy.

You do not have to rush. Finding out you are not ready yet can help you prepare.

Try it: a business idea

What should you do next?

Nothing you type here is saved or sent. Illustration only.

See the business behind the busy days.

Work through 100 questions, a little at a time. Use your records to see what you know, what is missing and what needs a decision.

Plan for both outcomes. When things go well, know what success looks like and how to handle more customers without losing what matters. When things go wrong, know your main plan, your backup and what you will do in an emergency.

Start with your own documents. Upload statements, invoices and contracts. You do not need to connect your bank or other software to start.

DKOB

Your money, health records, school and business, all in one app. Built for Haiti.

It is built so you can send money to family, pay shops, and use local agents for cash in and out. Clinics, schools and businesses can connect too, so your records travel with you, and businesses can run their books and staff. DKOB is running a controlled pilot in Cap-Haïtien.

Why I built it I'm from Haiti. I saw a small-business economy struggling to grow, with few wallet choices and little say for the people using them. Many communes have no major bank, and local credit unions stay local. DKOB is built by the people it serves, to make the local national, and the national local.

Se Kòb ou, li toujou avè'w. It's your money, and it's always with you.

Founder

Franklin Desravines, Founder, House D7

I build for all of us, because I meet and know us. Because I am us.

How I got here

I came into the world in Haiti, and did all my schooling there, from primary to high school. I migrated to the U.S. at 19 years of age. When I got to the U.S. in 1999, it was the first time I physically saw a personal computer, at my family's home in Florida. Right there, I decided I would learn everything about this box. That's where the journey started, and I never looked back.

I was in adult English school at Lindsey Hopkins in Miami when I started my first job, in Key Biscayne. A professor helped fill out my income tax return, and I sat and observed. That was back in 2001. Since that day, I said that if he used a computer to do it, I could do it too, and from that day on, no other person has done my personal taxes. I would do it for friends and family, and in 2010 I started doing it professionally, because more and more people were asking.

Early on, I noticed a few things that I love: helping people, and electronics and how they work. I was working and attending ESOL classes at Miami Dade College when I found a brochure about free computer training at Job Corps. I quit my job, signed up, and finished the program at Job Corps in Morganfield, Kentucky, within two months.

Then came Henderson College. They had just started a CCNA program in the fall of 2002 and came to the Job Corps computer program to recruit students. I ended up one of the 8 students selected, and the only one to finish the program. I earned an Associate in Science there, along with the CCNA and a second A+.

From there, I took a job in a factory with a company in Evansville, Indiana, making car and truck windshields and windows. When the machines and robots had problems, I would stay close to the engineering team and ask all types of questions. Over time, I moved to working with the engineering team, within six months in the plant, and was moved up to shift supervisor, because I was responsible for the machines and lines for the night shift.

From there, I applied to the program at IU South Bend and studied electrical engineering technology, completing the coursework. While in school, I started working for Crown Audio. I was always working full time while in school, sometimes holding two jobs. In 2008, I moved back to Miami.

I would fix computers and electronics, and continue to study. I got my Florida 2-14 license, because I was curious about numbers and about helping people. I worked in repair management and as a life insurance agent, and started doing taxes professionally. During the tax off-season, I would take classes and continuing education courses. I took courses toward the Microsoft certifications, passed the exams and earned Microsoft Certified Professional status in 2013, and became a Dell certified field engineer in the process.

Then I accepted a role as the IT administrator for a nonprofit in Miami Beach. By studying and taking courses in accounting, I started to do not just taxes but also bookkeeping.

Using software like QuickBooks and Xero, I saw how many gig workers and small businesses were having a hard time keeping up with their books. I started thinking about and designing a program that would address those issues. I tried going to India to develop it, and quickly realized you cannot make a programmer into an accountant, and vice versa. So I went back to study. And here we are today: House D7.

Why I build

When I'm designing a product or working on a concept, I don't just look at what already exists. I look at the people I know, serve and grew up with, and the different environments they live in.

I look at my grandma and grandpa's shop, where I worked from the age of five to 19. At my mother, a street seller, still selling her goods every day. At working with my father in wholesale food distribution, import and export, a company that is still going today. I came from a family of hustlers, a working family.

Everything can be improved on. Nothing is infinite.

You are not above or under anyone, and no one is above you or under you. It is the same 24 hours for everyone. Manage your 24.

What my late grandpa used to tell me

I look at many clients throughout the country. I look at a client who runs a large IT firm and needs to know when each of his tenants has paid. I look at countless clients starting businesses with no financial tools and no proper handle on cost, labor and supply chain.

I design products with my family and the people I know in mind: the vendor with no control of inventory, or no way to keep track of it. Cash-only transactions. Tools that only the highly educated can use, and that need major training.

So I ask: Are the people in my grandpa's shop able to use it? Would it make my family's shipping company easier to run, with more control? Is a client like a tire repair shop owner, who runs his business across a language barrier, able to use it and finally understand his cost of goods? Can the IT firm use it to know when each tenant pays their rent?

I've done this work myself.

I have done tax work and bookkeeping for the same small-business owners Radanu is built for. I designed Radanu's foundation myself, and I direct how it is built, under a constitution, domain contracts and tests that I govern.

I have given my time, my health and my resources to these companies, because each one does something I find crucial that the others do not.

I also bring family experience in shipping and transportation, through my family's company, Shaddai Shipping LLC, in Florida.
